They provide lubrication and help reduce friction between joints during movements. Overtime injuries and damage to the bursae cause inflammation and lead to bursitis. Bursitis causes discomfort and pain in the affected area and reduces the range of motion in our joints. Manual Osteopathy can help provide relief pain caused by bursitis.
